Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

Economic Viability in today’s competitive market has lead to the use of chemical components in the Agriculture sector. A long term negative impact to the Soil in terms of low water holding capacity, low fertility and over all a poor soil heath is the consequence in order to achieve a short term goal of increased yield. Such toxic components not only degrade the soil health but also trickle down to our water bodies impacting the whole ecosystem and human health. A change in the conventional farming practice is needed in order to have a sustainable future an important Natural resource- Soil.

Through this project an effort is made to change the practice of using harmful fertilizers that emit harmful GHG. A conscious effort is made to replace the chemical fertilizers with compost that is prepared using organic fraction in-house. The raw material for the compost is sourced from the wastage of Tea itself which was earlier left to decompose.

Operate Thinking Buildings that are Sustainable

Our Smart Building System Platform revolutionizes traditional building management by leveraging advanced technologies to optimize efficiency, sustainability, and occupant comfort. This platform integrates IoT (Internet of Things) devices, sensors, and AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithms to collect, analyze, and act upon real-time data from various building systems. By monitoring parameters like energy usage, occupancy patterns, and environmental conditions, the platform enables intelligent control of HVAC, lighting, security, and other critical systems.

Through predictive analytics, the platform can anticipate maintenance needs, reducing downtime and extending equipment lifespan. Occupants benefit from personalized experiences, with automated adjustments to lighting, temperature, and ventilation based on individual preferences and usage patterns. Enhanced safety features, such as real-time surveillance and emergency response systems, further contribute to a secure and responsive building environment.

Overall, our Smart Building System Platform empowers facility managers to make data-driven decisions for optimal resource allocation and sustainability. By harnessing the potential of interconnected technologies, these platforms pave the way for smarter, greener, and more efficient buildings that adapt to evolving needs and environmental challenges.
